Pristine Property Maintenance was set up nearly 26 years ago by Martin Peek, a qualified carpenter and kitchen fitter with a passion for his work and an unrelenting pursuit of perfection in everything he did. Quarter of a century later and although styles, tastes, materials and equipment have changed, Martin remains focused on providing 100% customer satisfaction in every project he undertakes.

Pristine Property Maintenance offer a wide range of services to transform your house into a dream home, whether you would like a brand new kitchen, luxurious bathroom or a new, fitted wardrobe in the bedroom. With Pristine Property Management you don’t just get a package proposal, we believe that every single project is bespoke and should be treated as such, with every single detail planned and executed according to your requirements. We will work with you through every single step of the process, from the early stages of design and planning  to the finished article, including any special ‘extras’ you would like in your bathroom or kitchen. Martin is now accompanied in the business by his partner Stella, an expert interior designer and qualified decorator so we are also able to truly offer a personal touch to your home. Our intention is always to cause you the least possible stress and disruption whilst we are working in your home and we work rigidly to the schedule laid out at the beginning of the project so that your project is completed on time and exceeds your expectations.

Unlike many other companies, Pristine Property Maintenance only offer services that we are experts at providing. Many building companies will also claim to be a kitchen fitter or a bathroom fitter in order to increase the value of a project they undertake. However, the quality of both materials and workmanship in these specialist areas are often inferior when supplied in this way and the customer is left disappointed with the finished article. We know that this is true because we get called to rectify many of these mistakes and provide the customer with what they should have had in the first place – a kitchen or bathroom that is exactly as they wanted it, with a perfect finish and ready for years of trouble-free enjoyment.

The dictionary definition of Pristine means ‘fresh, clean, unspoiled and free from impurities’ or ‘representing an objects original, unblemished state’. At Pristine Property Maintenance, we don’t believe in impurities – we accept nothing less than perfection and when we have finished a project, the customer should take control of their new kitchen, bathroom, wet-room, or bespoke carpentry in a completely pristine condition.
